Joyce McEwen Crane, PhD, PCC, BCC
Joyce believes that keenly understanding relationships and systems is one of the key skills in mastering leadership and providing powerful coaching experiences.
Joyce works as a professional consultant and coach for businesses, foundations, community coalitions and nonprofits across the state of Kansas, through which she provides multiple organizational capacity-building strategies. Joyce has owned two successful businesses, managed two counseling centers, provided corporate training and developed curriculum for several relationship-based programs in Kansas. Joyce is proud to be a part of the teaching and coach teams at the Kansas Leadership Center. She also works as the Strategic Development Coordinator for Wichita State University Community Engagement Institute.
Joyce is a professional certified coach and board certified coach and is also certified in the use of the MBTI and the EQi-2.0. Joyce was awarded a certificate of completion for the Art and Practice of Leadership Development Program, in May 2017, from the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education Program. She is also a co-founder of an innovative coaching venture called the Ad Astra Coach Alliance.
Joyce is proud to be a fourth generation Kansan. She is married to Alan, has one married, amazing bonus daughter and enjoys travel and new adventures!
