Andy Huckaba, PCC (Lenexa, KS)
Andy is a founding member of the Ad Astra Coach Alliance and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Civic and Community Leadership Coach, and most recently certified through the Coaching with the Power of Metaphors program. For over a decade he provided leadership and executive coaching through the Ad Astra Coach Alliance, the Kansas Leadership Center, the Healthy Community Leadership Academy, and independently with a number of ongoing coaching clients representing the full spectrum of leadership positions within their organizations.
As a coach Andy partners with his clients to expand their awareness, creating new options on how to address challenges they find most important.
Andy holds a deep belief in people’s ability to learn and grow through experimentation and collaboration. He holds a high value on always striving to make our communities and professional environments better. Coaching is the perfect vehicle to enable these.
Andy is the President of Huckaba & Associates, a management consulting firm focusing on strategy, leadership, management, and leadership coaching. His clients include large, medium, and small companies; federal, state and local governments; higher education, and non-profit sector organizations. Andy also is a contract instructor with the KU Public Management Center, teaching classes on management, leadership, customer service, communications, and ethics. Andy is a licensed SDI 2.0 CoreStrengths Facilitator.
