Phyllis Collins, ACC
Phyllis works as a coaching fellow with the Kansas Leadership Center and has a passion for developing emerging leaders by coaching them to “lead where they are” while staying focused on their bigger purpose in life. Phyllis began her career as an auditor for a public accounting firm and as an accountant in the corporate world. Nineteen years ago, she started her own business – a leadership training and development organization, specializing in personal and professional growth. Phyllis has a BSBA degree with a major in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate. She also holds membership in the Association for Talent Development and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has a professional certification as a Higher Ground Leadership Coach and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. In addition to her professional life, Phyllis volunteers and serves on several nonprofit boards supporting the community and local businesses.
