Tim Link, MA, MCC
Since 2001, Tim has led a wide range of coaching engagements for Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing starts ups and enterprising noon-profits – shepherding cultural transformation, developing sustainable internal coaching capacity, and actualizing talent potential within organizations. Those partnering with Tim experience an action oriented and exploratory process focused on delivering immediate, measurable impact on their organizations. Newly inspired leaders derive a deeper sense of purpose from work and life and become effective, collaborative and engaging agents of change. Tim quickly meets his clients where they are and serves as a catalyst as they realize their highest aspirations. His greatest joy is when his clients report new levels of career satisfaction and personal fulfillment.
Tim holds the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation, which is the highest level of credential awarded by the International Coach Federation. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Organization and Management Development and a graduate certificate in Evidence Based Coaching, both from Fielding Graduate University. A lifelong Kansan, Tim is equally energized whether coaching in the private or non-profit sector. He currently serves as The Director of Coach Training for The Kansas Leadership Center and chairs the St. Thomas Aquinas Church Parish Council.
