Andy Huckaba is a founding Ad Astra Coach Alliance member and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. With certifications in Civic and Community Leadership Coaching and Coaching with the Power of Metaphors, Andy’s approach is innovative, engaging, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Over his extensive coaching career, Andy has partnered with leaders at all levels—from executives to emerging professionals—helping them broaden their awareness, explore new approaches to their most pressing challenges, and become more effective in their roles.

In addition to his leadership, executive, and top-level organization coaching work, Andy is the President of Huckaba & Associates, a management consulting firm that advises a diverse array of clients, including governments, nonprofits, and businesses of all sizes. He also teaches management and leadership courses at the KU Public Management Center and is a CoreStrengths SDI 2.0 certified facilitator. Andy’s broad experience as a former elected official, along with his roles at the Federal Communications Commission and other leadership positions, uniquely equips him to understand the complex dynamics of public service and organizational leadership.
