Phyllis Collins is a dynamic leadership, executive, and top-level organizational coach dedicated to empowering emerging leaders to “lead where they are” while staying aligned with their larger life purpose. With a background in accounting and finance, Phyllis holds a CPA certificate and began her career as an auditor and corporate accountant before founding her own leadership training and development business two decades ago.
Her passion for coaching is rooted in her belief that “more is possible,” a philosophy she brings to every coaching session, helping clients expand their thinking, achieve beyond what they thought was possible, and become more effective in their roles. As a member of the coach team with the Kansas Leadership Center, Phyllis specializes in helping professionals across diverse industries find clarity, focus, and the courage to tackle challenges head-on.
As a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, Phyllis uses this tool to help clients gain insights into their behavior and decision-making in all areas of their lives. Known for her honest, practical approach, Phyllis is not afraid to ask hard questions that provoke meaningful reflection and growth. Her coaching style is characterized by a unique blend of wisdom, empathy, and candidness that clients deeply appreciate.
